Texas Watercolor Society

The Texas Watercolor Society gathers watercolor painters from across the state and keeps them connected through workshops, awards and a juried annual exhibition that reached its 77th year in 2026.

Donna is an Associate member. The society’s official member directory lists her as “Good, M. Donna” with the status letter A, which the directory’s own legend defines as Associate. You can look her up under the letter G and read the listing for yourself.

River Art Group

The River Art Group has been offering unique art and cultivating creative community since 1947, when two small groups of San Antonio artists set out to mount a combined art show on the refurbished River Walk. More than 150 member artists show through the group’s own gallery in the historic Florian House, and members run the gallery day to day themselves.

Donna is listed among the group’s artists in its official directory. The River Art Group Gallery is at 418 Villita Street, Suite 1400, San Antonio, Texas 78205. Published hours are daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the gallery telephone is 210-226-8752. Call ahead to ask which works are hanging on the day you plan to visit.

Where the Memberships Lead

Both organizations sit inside the same few blocks of downtown San Antonio that Donna paints. La Villita holds the River Art Group Gallery, and the Arneson River Theatre joins the village to the river itself. Two paintings here look straight at that stretch of water.
